Bridging the gap between help seekers and help providers

Help Link allows help seekers or their GPs to find available & interested psychologists, and for psychologists to optimise their case load.

Finding a psychologist who is both available and a good fit can be a challenging task in Sydney. It can often result in a time-consuming search, or worse, a loss of motivation to seek help altogether.

For psychologists, maintaining an optimal case load with good clinical fit can be a delicate balancing act, as we have little control over the type and timing of referrals we receive.

Help Link is a Sydney-based psychology referral network that uses a unique matching system to pair patients or clients with local psychologists. Our goal is to connect help seekers with psychologists who are available and a good fit. This process allows GPs to find their patients suitable care and provides psychologists with more control over the type and number of clients they take on.

Making Connections

We help GPs find psychologists for their patients, allow help seekers to find a better psychologist match, and provide psychologists with connections to referrals and colleagues.

Interested Psychologist System

The Help Link network can be searched directly by clinical criteria, postcode or availability, or a unique interest-based matching system can be used to pair cases with interested and available psychologists.

Various sources refer client cases into the Help Link network.

Cases receive matches and the referrer then selects which practitioners to share back with the client.

Practitioners who have availability and specialise in the area of need express interest in a case.

Help Link has made it much easier to find local psychologists with immediate availability, and means my patients can book into see someone when their motivation is high.
