Cassie Garling

Hi, I'm Cassie — a clinical psychologist who works with people aged 12 and older. I'm warm, down-to-earth and easy to talk to, with years of experience across public community mental health and private practice.

More than anything, I believe good therapy starts with a genuine relationship. I take a holistic approach and draw on a range of evidence-based modalities — including cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and psychodynamic therapy — tailored to you and what you're working through, so the support fits your life rather than the other way around.

I have particular experience in trauma and complex trauma, eating disorders, body image and self-esteem, mood and anxiety, stress management, and school-related challenges.
