About Morag
Morag is a warm and empathic Counselling Psychologist who is passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life. She is very experienced in working with people with trauma, anxiety, depression, losses, relationship issues, disordered eating, alcohol addiction, adjustment issues, work stress and many other issues related to mental health. Morag uses schema therapy which is particularly helpful for people who have trauma backgrounds and people who are stuck in repeated patterns of unhelpful behaviours or relationships. She also uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which is particularly helpful for anxiety disorders.
Morag obtained a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology at the University of Roehampton (London) in 2005 and has over 19 years of experience of offering therapy.
Morag provides a caring environment where clients can feel safe to explore their issues. She works with clients to deepen their insights into their challenges, then she uses and teaches strategies to help overcome or manage them. This process helps clients feel empowered and enables greater fulfilment in life.
