About Katherine
I am a Clinical Psychologist whose focus is working with clients to identify and build on their strengths to help manage any challenges they might be facing. Typically I work with people who want to improve issues such as anxiety, low mood/depression and adjusting to changes in their lives (work, family, relationships, health, menopause, grief and loss).
I have a couple of particular areas of interest - working with people affected by health issues (such as CFS, diabetes, heart disease, cancer) and neurodiverse clients who are wanting to increase their self-understanding and find a better life balance to support their neurodiversity.
My practice is grounded in mindfulness and compassion, and I use evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
You are welcome to get in touch with me to organise a short phone call to see if we might be a good fit to work together.
