About Rhiannon

Rhiannon is a clinical psychologist and completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), Master of Clinical Psychology, PhD, and Postgraduate fellowship at Macquarie University.

Rhiannon has worked clinically in private practice, public health, and research settings. She has experience providing evidence-based treatments to clients presenting with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and stress. Through her postdoctoral fellowship, Rhiannon also gained considerable experience helping people with chronic health conditions, including chronic pain, to manage the impact of their health conditions on their emotional wellbeing and quality of life.

Rhiannon seeks to work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their goals for therapy and to provide targeted strategies to assist them in moving towards these. She provides skills-based treatment from a cognitive behavioural therapy framework, using primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Rhiannon was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Commendation in 2015 for her PhD thesis and was also awarded the APS College of Clinical Psychologists Student Prize in 2015 in recognition of her skills in both clinical practice and clinically-relevant research.

Rhiannon is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Board-approved supervisor. She is also a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and is registered to provide Medicare services.

Rhiannon offers consultations in person at our practice in Croydon, and via Telehealth. She consults on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
