About Christine

I work with adults who feel stuck, stretched thin, or like they're quietly carrying too much — anxiety, burnout, trauma, and ADHD or autism that's often gone unrecognised well into adulthood.

I'm a registered psychologist offering evidence-based, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming support, including EMDR for clients where trauma is a central piece of the picture. A lot of my caseload is adults who've been told "it's just anxiety" for years before ADHD or autism turns out to be the missing piece — I take that seriously rather than treating it as a side note.

Specialties: Anxiety (generalised, social, phobias), burnout, trauma and PTSD, adult ADHD and autism assessment and support, EMDR, workplace stress, relationship and life-transition support.

Pathways accepted: Medicare (Mental Health Treatment Plan), private, and workers compensation (SIRA-accredited)

Location: Level 3, 9-13 Bronte Road, Bondi Junction

Availability: Currently Wednesdays are online and Thursdays and Friday in clinic or online - will be opening full time hours from early October.
