About Esohe
Esohe Staub is a Registered Psychologist and Founder of NISEDO Create and Regulate Therapy. She supports children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, big emotions, low confidence, friendship difficulties, bullying and school-related stress.
Esohe takes a warm, creative and interest-based approach to therapy. She draws on each young person’s strengths and interests, which may include art, music, games or storytelling, to help them feel comfortable, express themselves and build practical skills.
