I focus on working collaboratively with my clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. I have a special interest in working with Autistic people and people with ADHD. Also, with those who experience low mood, depression, anxiety, phobias, stress, sleeping difficulties, interpersonal and family problems, low self-esteem, difficulties with boundaries, anger and emotional regulation difficulties.
