About Sarah
Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in anxiety disorders. Sarah is passionate about the journey from pregnancy through to early childhood. She works with particular interest in the fertility journey, perinatal mental health, the transition to parenthood and early parenting. With a family system and attachment lens, she uses a combination of therapies including ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema, Mindfulness with her clients. She has worked across inpatient, community health and private health settings and also has worked for the Gidget Foundation, a non-for-profit specialising in perinatal mental health.
